Casio Diaries is a non-commercial website for collectors. This page explains what personal data we keep when you create an account and what you can do with it.

Who is responsible

The website casio-diaries.com is run by its operator, whom you can reach at info@casio-diaries.com.

What we keep

• your e-mail address,
• your password, stored only as a secure hash that nobody can read,
• the diaries in your collection and everything you write about them,
• the date of your registration and of your last login.

To protect accounts against attacks, we also keep the IP address of login attempts and of sent e-mails for a short time. These records are deleted automatically.

Why

Only to run your account and your private collection. We send you e-mails only to confirm your registration or to set a new password, never newsletters or advertising.

Who can see it

Your collection is private, only you can see it. We do not share your data with anyone.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the website needs to work: a session cookie for forms and login, and a login cookie valid for 30 days. No tracking or advertising cookies.

How long

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your e-mail, password and the whole collection are deleted immediately.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time in My collection with the button “Delete account”. If you want a copy of your data, a correction or anything else, write to info@casio-diaries.com. You can also file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
